The style of yoga I teach is a come-as-you-are approach, employing both mindful sequencing and clear instruction with a dash of playfulness. My primary goal is to offer a safe and engaging space for each practitioner to be on the mat, while learning to infuse movement with breath, in search of stability, subtlety, strength, and spaciousness within the body and mind. Check out my schedule below, and let's meet on the mat to experience the life-changing power of movement, intentionality, and play together.
