Cabin fever got you down? Time to hit the yoga playground! As children, so much of our initial learnings occurred through the act of playing. Plato (or was it play-to?!) himself is thought to have said, "You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation." Yoga asana can sometimes get quite serious, but the act of play can certainly enrich our knowledge of self (svadhyaya), so it seems imperative to add a healthy dose of play to our work on the mat. Are your ready to get serious about playfulness? Then invite your inner child along for this fun and dynamic practice where we'll move within and beyond the mat! This workshop will involve creative individual, partner, and group work, so come ready to learn, discover, and play well with others in this non-competitive and fun practice!
