YOGA AT WORK: The majority of my current classes occur right in the workplace. I travel to a handful of companies each week, offering semi-private instruction to small groups. Less stress leads to greater productivity, making for both happy employees and employers. If you are interested in incorporating yoga at your place of employment, let's work together!

FAMILY YOGA: I also teach semi-private classes, including family-style classes where parents and children alike can explore poses together in a fun and creative way! It's an incredibly joyful experience, and a great way to create special and memorable time together doing a constructive, healthy, and fun activity!
