YOGA AT WORK: The majority of my current classes occur right in the workplace. I travel to a handful of companies each week, offering semi-private instruction to small groups. Less stress leads to greater productivity, making for both happy employees and employers. If you are interested in incorporating yoga at your place of employment, let's work together!

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: There are countless benefits to private instruction whether it is for the beginner to become immersed in knowledge of this practice, for the seasoned yogi to grow in the subtleties of poses, or for anyone looking to curate a practice specific to individual physical desires or needs.

FAMILY YOGA: I also teach semi-private classes, including family-style classes where parents and children alike can explore poses together in a fun and creative way! It's an incredibly joyful experience, and a great way to create special and memorable time together doing a constructive, healthy, and fun activity!
